Online Shopping- A New Mantra!
Online shopping is taking a massive shape in India these days. Gone are the days when people think twice before buying anything online or using their credit card online to shop. Nowadays, it’s becoming a rage, esp., among youths. But that doesn’t mean that the Mall culture is off! People are still buying loads of products from malls.
There’s a saying- necessity is the mother of invention. Here, the case is almost the same. A shopping mall is always a beneficial bet as it allows one to choose the suitable product from a huge variety as well as it satisfies the wanderlust, unwinding the person. But the life is getting more & more hectic day by day and even Sundays are being compromised. Now, there comes an online shopping for rescue. Within minutes of time you can shop for your Garments, footwear, household products and many more things.
Anybody can notice the huge splurge in the number of online shopping sites these days. They are growing like bhed-bakris in the virtual world. The rising cost of products and the costly means of commuting are another two reasons in attracting consumers to these sites. In a way, they are actually serving the customers well, delivering in time and quality products at reasonable price. We are about to discuss some major online shopping sites which are offering huge discounts and are beneficial for you all.
Myntra.com—This is a premier site which is offering garments & footwear at discounted rates. The style & feel of the site is good. The Packaging & delivery service is also good, offering both card payments & COD(cash on delivery).
Offer—Previously, Myntra was offering Rs.1000 coupons on subscription which could be used 4 times(250 every time) while making an order of more than 1000 Rs. That would make the already discounted product to cost only Rs.750. But Now, you can use your coupons twice(500 every time) while purchasing goods worth Rs.1500. The only catch is—the goods should be non discounted. This will let you down big time because you will rarely find products which are non discounted.
Jabong.com—This one is another premier site which is heavily publicized via TV & web. This site too like myntra, throwing great discounts on garments & footwear. The packaging & delivery time is good and if you are residing in Delhi/NCR, you could get the delivery within one day.
Offer—Subscribe to Jabong.com and you will get coupons worth Rs. 2000 which are redeemable while making purchase worth Rs.1500, 500 at a time. That means, you could get a product worth Rs.1500 for only Rs.1000 and that too on already discounted products.
Yebhi.com—Another garment, footwear & accessory site which is offering good discounts on branded products. The packaging and delivery time is also nice. But the product display pattern is awkward.
Offer—Currently, they are not on offering anything on subscription.
Yepme.com—This site is offering its own products to choose from. Yep me clothings and footwears are available at competitive prices. The quality of goods and delivery is quite nice but there are fewer products to choose from in comparison to others.
Offer—Currently there are no offers for the subscribers.
Bestylish.com—This site is dedicated towards footwear only. Whatever be your footwear needs, they have it on their site and with nice discounts.
Offer—No offer for subscribing.
Homeshop18.com—Currently, this is the biggest online shop for various products with the widest delivery network. You will found suitable discounts on the products.
Offer—Coupons upto Rs.500 are added with selected products and currently a daily SUPERDEAL is going on which is a limited period deal on first come first serve basis, offering huge discounts on selected products everyday.
Futurebazaar.com—This online shop is backed by the future group and hence enjoying the wide variety of products for everyone. Delivery is limited to metros only.
Offer—No offer running for the subscribers except some now & then coupon offerings.
Fashionara.com—This lesser known Bangalore based site is actually offering the one of the best service to the consumers by providing fast delivery and huge discounts along with great offer on garments.
Offer—First time subscribers will get Rs.1000 coupons which can be redeemable twice(each time 500) against the shopping worth Rs.1000. That means you are getting a thousand rupees product in Rs.500 with discounts.
Flipkart.com– This site is dedicated to electronics and is the best of the lot. Packaging, products and delivery is upto the mark.
Offer— No offers except regular discounts.
Seventymm.com– Another site which is dedicated to the discounted garments and accessories but the USP is — selling products from current movie trends.
Offer– No great offers except some welcome credits.
There are many others in the virtual world of shopping but the above mentioned are the major ones. Hopefully, this will be beneficial for all you shopaholics. Happy Shopping!
The Jannat 2 Music review: Nowhere near Jannat 1
Sorry to disappoint you all with the title of this post but it’s true. The original Jannat aka Jannat-1 was way ahead. That was the rare masterpiece in Indian Film Industry in recent times. Who can forget the hit melodious number- zara sa…This album too have this number titled as Jannatein kahan but this time Pritam failed to impress much. There are 2 versions of this song- one is filled with techno beats and the other one is power ballad.
The other number which has 2 versions is Rab ka shukrana. It’s a slow number and the two versions are not much different from one another. The song is below average and Mohit Chauhan also fails because he can’t do much without a good music.
Now, this is the third time Pritam has used the 2 versions in the song – tujhe sochta hoon and sang hoon tere. Seems like this time Pritam was in great hurry, and the outcome is versions..versions..and more versions of the same song. He didn’t manage to do justice with this album but recently he delivered a great music of another Bhatt Camp movie-Blood Money! You can say- Exhaustion with the making of Blood money reflected in Jannat-2!
The only respite is Tu Hi Mera in the voice of Shafqat Amanat Ali of Mitwa/ Fuzon fame. The song has sufi touch and it’s already a hit.
Another average number is Tera deedar hua which again comes in 2 versions. Rahat Fateh ali khan did his best to save the album.
With this song, one can count that there are only 5 original songs in this album and 4 are the” versions”. So, don’t expect much with Jannat-2 and just keep on listening Tu hi Mera…..

Body Guard – The TechPlatter Review
The movie has raked in 55 crores in just 3 days. People are making bee lines to watch this movie. Some theaters have advance bookings till Tuesday. Single screen theaters are registering chaos ! Such is the Salman Khan Magic.
The movie starts with a typical Salman khan action that we have already seen in movies like WANTED & DABANGG. Salman is playing Brave Body guard Lovely Singh in the movie with an assignment to protect a Rich man’s student daughter played by Kareena kapoor. The girl becomes irritated by this nagging body guard and plans to break his attention by calling him time and again with a fake identity- Chhaya. The body guard falls in love with Chhaya. Meanwhile, the girl is attacked by the goons of the enemy and the Body guard saves her life again. As a result, the girl too falls in love with the body guard. But the problem with this love story is – there’s no real Chhaya. And the film takes turn from a romantic comedy to a melodrama. The climax is not a typical Salman khan action climax because there’s a twist in the tale. In fact, the action ends 20 minutes earlier than usual. The end should only be revealed through theaters. So, don’t wait for the reviews to reveal the end. Just go and watch the movie.
WANTED marked the resurgence of Salman and there’s no looking back since then. After that, DABANGG started a rage and a weak script like READY was a hit just because of the man himself. Now, BODY GUARD is shattering every record at the Box Office. This movie is a remake of a malayalam movie but still looks like an original work. Initially in the film, Salman looks like a humanoid- half human, half Robo which suits him well and in rest of the film he plays a soft spoken & honest employee. kareena is good in such kind of roles as usual. There’s no skin show by her in the film which is good since it was not the demand of the film. Her role is not stretched and given due justice. The movie lacks the nuances like DABANGG. Even dialogues are no better than DABANGG. So, Chulbul Pandey still rules over Lovely singh. The climax is a refreshing change from Salman’s previous flicks. Since we are not revealing the climax here, one thing we can assure here is that this movie ends with a happy note. So, you will get Salman, Action, Romance, Comedy and a happy ending. What’s more you want- Go book your tickets and watch the movie !

I love You…Bodyguard
Listening to I Love You – http://www.Songs.PK by Ash King with Clinton Cerejo on MixZing (http://www.mixzing.com)
The magic of the voice of Clinton Cerejo again worked in the’ I LOVE YOU’ song from the upcoming movie – Bodyguard. The presence of Salman Khan makes it a must watch.
Previously, Clinton sang beautifully for Ranbir Kapoor in WAKE UP SID- Kya karoon… Like the previous one, this song has also got a nice hummable feel. Clinton has done good justice with his songs and this one with Sallu in it, has become favourite for Salman fans! The awkward dancing technique that we saw in DABANGG is back again but this is what Salman’s lovers want. So, way to go Sallu & Clinton!
