    Thanks man for the information…can you please comment on when can the update to android 2.2 might be available for mb511 in Inda?

    • Hi Mayur! I’m afraid there’s no update available for future upgrades from motorola. As mentioned, it will remain on 2.1. This is quite a problem with motorola. They are launching new phones with 2.3 but are unable to provide upgrades for their previously launched 2.1 phones.

    I’m a backflip mb300 user residing at Asia. So when am I going to get a software upgrade to android 2.1? Some applications I need requires me to have android 2.1. But I’m still stuck at 1.5. I see that android 2.1 is available at US.
